Along with every new year come the unspoken (and spoken) expectations of resolutions, visions and goals for the future. Planning is important (we know), but doesn’t it sometimes feel as if the resolutions and goals cause more anxiety and stress than they do positive results? I don’t know if you’re the same way, but sometimes I get hype fixated on these future goals and plans to the point of obsession and when they don’t happen, boy do I spiral.
After noticing this frequent tendency, this year’s new year resolution is looking a little different. Here it is:
just be.
Instead of chasing promotions for likes, planning vacations for follows or spreading yourself thin to please the masses, we want to try to focus on being in the present and we hope to guide our clients to do the same in 2024.
Take time for you and as you come do a service, whether it’s a lash refill, lash lift, brow lamination, HydraFacial or facial, we hope you can disconnect from the daily pressures and instead just be in the moment.
